Universal overview

Agroisolab has been working for its customers in the field of origin verification of goods for more than 20 years. During this time, many databases have been set up either alone or in co-operation,

e.g. our top ten from various projects:

1. European timber database from WFID.
2. African timber database from ITTO
3. The global oak database
4. Various large databases of strawberries from European countries
5. UK pork and beef database
6. European egg database from KAT
7. European olive oil database
8. Caviar / sturgeon database from WWF
9. African ivory database funded by BFN
10. Global commercial wine datebase

Many of these databases have been independently tested for their reliability. For example, the olive oil database was confirmed in the MRI blind test and the ITTO timber database showed a better performance in the blind test than the genetic tools ( ITTO report).

Our company policy is always to develop the best possible database and methods for our customers.

Our field of work is comprehensive and covers almost every area where the elements of hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and sulphur appear, ranging from wildlife and natural ecosystems, agriculture, food, processed products (textiles) and ending in the pharmaceutical / chemical industry, such as the verification of the authenticity of the insecticide Fipronil.

Unfortunately, our databases are also supposedly offered by other companies, but they do not have the methods, comparability or access to all data sets.

Anyway, a lot of databases are only exclusively developed for our customers in order guarantee them a better transparency in the market.
